Why we are forming
Flight attendants carry enormous responsibility every time an aircraft leaves the gate. We deserve an organization that is equally serious about protecting our work, hearing our voices, and earning our trust.
The National Flight Attendants Guild is being built from the ground up around direct member participation and measurable accountability.

Card signatures to reach
The way forward is simple, legal, and member-led: sign a representational card. Each signature brings the Guild one step closer to a representational vote with the National Mediation Board (NMB) — the ballot that would let Flight Attendants decide who represents them.
A signed card is not the election and it is not a vote. It is the act of embracing the change — of leaving the AFA-CWA behind and choosing a Guild built by Flight Attendants, for Flight Attendants.
Our goal: 17,000 card signatures. We only get there together.

We, the Flight Attendants of the National Flight Attendants Guild, come together to build representation that belongs to Flight Attendants and serves Flight Attendants. This Guild is built on trust, service, accountability, and respect.

Signing authorizes the Guild to petition the National Mediation Board for a representation election. It is not the election and it is not a vote.
